Hotel Maya prides itself with personalised services, one of which
is the complimentary round the clock butler service. Our floor butlers
are on call 24 hours a day and services include pressing of 5 items
of clothing upon arrival.

Tired muscles. After your bath, the
butlers are available to prepare a soothing cup of herbal tea.

- Feather Pillows - Firm support (on the bed which is 50% down feather and 50% duck feather)
- Non-allergic Pillows - Contour Pillow (Memotex) - available in the closet

- Buckwheat Pillow (the pillow has been used for the relief of headaches, neck pain, low back pain, muscle tension, stress, sleeplessness, snoring, and for these reasons has been often referred to as the "Pillow of Miracles")

Hydrotherapy Pool
Hotel Maya’s hydro therapy swimming pool is located at Level 3, at Anggun Spa.
This indoor pool is comfortably heated to body temprature to assist in improving
ones blood circulation, and has therapeutic water massage jets to relax and
calm different parts of the body.
- Goose neck water jet

The pool has two types of goose neck water jets to loosen stiff
joints of the spine, neck and back.
- Shiatsu nozzle

This pressure nozzle targets the shoulders and other pressure points
to undo taut muscles and improves blood circulation.
- Storm Walk

This area of the pool massages targets the hips and thighs.
- Seats

This section of the pool massages and by shooting jets of water
to the stomach area.
The hydrotherapy pool is open daily from 7 am to 8 pm.
Anggun Spa
Anggun Spa brings together a multitude of approaches - Malay urut, Thai massage, even shiatsu - enjoyed in the comfort of private treatment rooms, for individuals or couples.
Anggun Café
Anggun Spa also has a healthy food bar called Anggun Cafe, which serves organic food. This includes quick nibbles such as organic orange and pumpkin crumb cake, blueberry corn and carrot zuchinni muffins. For a healthy lunch, this café also serves various salads such as Thai green papaya salad and Greek couscous salad, as well as
all time favourites such as pizza slices and pasta.
Hotel Maya‘s concierge services include making your stay in Kuala Lumpur a truly memorable one. Our Concierge desk is able to arrange tailor-made tours such as Kuala Lumpur shopping tour.
The hotel also provides shuttle services to nearby Kuala Lumpur City Centre, and bustling Chinatown.
Our concierge desk is located at the Lobby.
Sky Lounge
Hotel Maya is located right in between two of Kuala Lumpur’s icons, the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower, and The Sky Lounge located on Level 13 has spectacular views of both.
The Sky Lounge is accessible for in-house guests only and doubles up as a library and a place where one can enjoy pre or after dinner drinks and a cigar.
The Sky Lounge is open daily from 12 p.m. to 12 a.m.
Personal Chef in your suite
For special occasions or for a more intimate meal, Hotel Maya introduces a chef’s personal service in the comfort of your suite.
Dinner is specially brought up to your suite, and our Chef will personally prepare and plate your meal. Your personal Chef is able to prepare sosaku or modern Japanese cuisine from Still Waters , or delectable Malay cuisine from Maya Brasserie.

Still Waters
Still Waters is our fine dining outlet, offering modern Japanese or “Sosaku” cuisine . The food here will tantalise your taste buds – typically Japanese ingredients are blended with western and asian spices to bring out the best of flavours.
Our specialty dishes include Wasabi Beef, Miso Lamb Chops and etc.
Maya Brasserie
Maya Brasserie is our all day dining outlet.
Breakfast is where we bring you organic breakfast
Lunch is where one can elect from a buffet selection or ala carte.
In the evening the outlet brings you delectable Nyonya cuisine. Nyonya cuisine originated Chinese immigrants came to the Malay Peninsula in the 17th Century. Most of these Chinese traders settled in the states of Penang and Malacca and assimilated Chinese traditions with Malay culture, resulting in the unique blend of two cultures.
Ramah Tamah
Ramah Tamah is our deli which offers gourmet sandwiches and cakes – ideal for a quick bite or a light snack.
All our outlets are located at Level 1.
 Toss the Boss at Hotel Maya
Hotel Maya’s Martini Bar introduces”Toss the Boss”!
Our Martini Bar brings you “Toss the Boss” – a chance to flip a coin for a free drink!
All you have to do is to purchase a drink and get a chance to toss to get the next drink on the house.
Toss the Boss is available at the Martini Bar on Level 1 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Fridays.

The boutique at Hotel Maya brings you the best of international brands under one roof. The boutique houses Haracca jewelry from France, Ipa-Nima bags from Vietnam and our own local designer batik from Jendela Batik.
These stylishly crafted items the have been carefully created and are adorned by famous celebrities both locally and overseas.
