Savour the rich and aromatic flavors of Asian Heritage Cuisine at Hotel Maya Kuala Lumpur's Buffet Hi-Tea, featuring a wide spread of local and Asian cuisines. From the hot dishes counter, taste our chef's signature Daging Tetel Masak Lemak Rebung, Chili Garlic Prawn, Thai Green Curry and Fish Tikka Masala.

Japanese Corner features Assorted Bites Sushi, Fresh Salmon and Chicken Teppanyaki. For a twist of local taste, Malaysian Goreng-Goreng Stall offers choices of fried banana, sweet potato and keropok lekor. Mediterranean food lovers will enjoy From The Carving, featuring Slow Roasted Lamb with Arabic Spices, served with Yemeni Mandi Rice. Taste of Asian offers Assorted Canapes such as Tofu Skewer, Vietnamese Roll, Chicken Katsu Sandwich and Egg Prawn Canapes.

Desserts include an assortment of cakes, puddings, Malay kueh, tropical fruits, popsicles, chocolate fountain and traditional sweet porridge.
